Course Content
In the course; how to take administrative and operational decisions in the process of establishment of a new enterprise, how to analyze the sector and competitors, and what questions to pay attention to are answered.
Objectives of the Course
The course focuses on entrepreneurship, leadership and how to make a new business decision. The difficulties and opportunities encountered in operational terms and the structure of relations in small enterprises are the subject of this course.
