Course Content
Self-concept, body image, self-esteem; the importance of having a personal identity and a healthy self-concept; self-recognition methods; the importance of self-knowledge in interpersonal relations and midwifery; introduction to psychology; perception, need, instinct, impulse, frustration, conflict, emotion; learning, intelligence, memory, attention development tasks, rules, development according to life stages; defense and coping mechanisms; piaget and theory of cognitive development; kohlberg moral development; sigmund freud, stages of psychosexual development; psychodrama; health psychology topics.
Objectives of the Course
It is aimed to gain the necessary theoretical knowledge about the basic concepts of psychology, life stages and development processes according to different theories.
