Course Content
Sağlık hukukuna giriş, sağlık hukukunun temel ilkeleri; devletin sağlık hizmetleri nedeniyle sorumluluğu, manevi tazminat; tıbbi uygulama hataları ve bilirkişilik; sağlıkla ilgili suçlar ve önemli kararlar; adli tıp ve ebelik ile ilgili temel kavramlar, adli ebelerin çalışma alanları ve rolleri; adli vakalarda ebelerin yasal sorumluluğu; sağlıklı/hasta bireyin hakları ve etik; malpraktis ve ebelik; çocuk-yaşlı istismarı; adli jinekoloji; ölüm ve ölüm sonrası değişiklikler, adli otopsi, olay yeri inceleme, adli rapor hazırlama; adli toksikoloji; örnek adli vaka sunumları.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is; to gain the ability to cope with judicial situations that may be encountered in health services by learning the concepts related to judicial midwifery and health law.
