Course Content
Sağlık hukukuna giriş, sağlık hukukunun temel ilkeleri; devletin sağlık hizmetleri nedeniyle sorumluluğu, manevi tazminat; tıbbi uygulama hataları ve bilirkişilik; sağlıkla ilgili suçlar ve önemli kararlar; adli tıp ve ebelik ile ilgili temel kavramlar, adli ebelerin çalışma alanları ve rolleri; adli vakalarda ebelerin yasal sorumluluğu; sağlıklı/hasta bireyin hakları ve etik; malpraktis ve ebelik; çocuk-yaşlı istismarı; adli jinekoloji; ölüm ve ölüm sonrası değişiklikler, adli otopsi, olay yeri inceleme, adli rapor hazırlama; adli toksikoloji; örnek adli vaka sunumları.
Objectives of the Course
It is aimed to gain the ability to deal with forensic situations that may be encountered in health services by learning the concepts related to forensic midwifery and health law.
