Course Content
Yönetimle ilgili temel kavramlar (etik/profesyonel konular, yönetim modelleri, yöneticisi rol ve sorumlulukları, ebelik hizmetleri yönetim süreci, sağlık sektöründeki yasal düzenlemeler, ebelik hizmetlerinde iletişim, ebelikte liderlik, güç, otorite ve ebelik hizmetlerinde yönetim düzeyleri konularını içermektedir.
Objectives of the Course
To carry out organizational activities in interaction with other professional groups within the framework of the legislation of the midwifery profession by learning the concepts and practices of management and leadership in midwifery.
