Course Content
Doğum eyleminde rol oynayan faktörler; doğum eyleminin fizyolojisi, annenin değerlendirilmesi, annenin doğuma hazırlanması; doğumun evreleri, doğum eyleminin mekanizması, doğum sırasında ıntravenöz sıvı ve oral beslenme; eylemin birinci, ikinci, üçüncü, dördüncü evresinde izlem ve bakım; perinenin korunması ve doğum pozisyonları; anne vücudunun doğum eylemine sistemik cevabı, doğum eyleminde ağrı, doğum eyleminde uterus kontraksiyonlarının değerlendirilmesi; doğumda ağrı yönetimi; fetüsün doğum eylemine cevabı, doğum eyleminde fetal sağlığın değerlendirilmesi, anne ve bebek etkileşiminin başlatılması ve sürdürülmesi; doğum sonu dönemin fizyolojisi; doğum sonu değerlendirme; doğum sonu bakım; doğum sonu eğitim.
Objectives of the Course
It aims to provide the student with the ability to perform the physiology of labor, evaluation, follow-up and care of the mother and fetus so that they can manage the birth under their own responsibility.
