Course Content
It includes vocabulary and grammar rules for students to use the language effectively in their fields.
Objectives of the Course
The course objective is to increase students'vocational vocabulary treasure, to make them use the language when they need it while performing their vocation, to make students understand reading and listening texts consisting of vocational terminology.

| 2 | 1A) Listening & Speaking: How to understand key information in a presentation and make notes. Grammar: Present simple tense. (Pages: 9-10-11) HOMEWORK: You will be given a 2-minute presentation assignment on self-introduction. |
| 3 | Listening to the presentations. 1B) Reading: Identifying text types and topics. Reading the text "Learning new skills", answering questions and making notes. (Pages 12-13) HOMEWORK: TASK 4 on page 14 will be given as homework. |
| 4 | Homework check 2A) Listening & Speaking: Evaluating academic websites and understanding their design. Video: Watch a student presentation and take notes. How should the presentation language be? Sequencing words (Firstly, secondly...) (Pages 23-24-25) HOMEWORK: 3 minute Powerpoint presentation assignment (See TASK 5) |
