İnsan hakları hukukunun temel incelenmesi ile insan hakları standartları açıklanarak öğrencinin bu standartların bilgisine ulaşması sağlanmak. Bu bağlamda, Birleşmiş Milletler tarafından üretilen genel ve özel nitelikli başlıca insan hakları sözleşmeleri ile avrupa insan hakları sözleşmesi ayrıca kadın hak ve özgürlüklerinin genel hatlarıyla incelenme sürecini içermektedir.
