Course Content
Definition and history of embryology; cell and its properties; development of female reproductive cell, development of male reproductive cell; fertilization and embryo period, organazogenes period; It covers the Scope, Benefits and Importance of Preconceptional Care, Counseling, Risk Assessment, Screening, Nutrition, Iron, Vaccination Status, Medication Use, Sexually Transmitted Infections and Gaining Fertility Awareness.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to provide students with basic information about embryology and the information they need in the preconceptional period.
