Course Content
Hücre ve genel fizyoloji; vücut sıvı kompartmanları ve içeriği, vücut sıvılarında iyon konsantrasyonlarının düzenlenmesi, sıvı dengesinin düzenlenmesi, asit-baz dengesinin düzenlenmesi; duyu fizyolojisi; dolaşım sistemi fizyolojisi; solunum sistemi fizyolojisi; sindirim ve üriner sistem fizyolojisi, gebelik fizyolojisi; doğum fizyolojisi; kas-iskelet sistemi fizyolojisi; sinir sistemi fizyolojisi; endokrin sistem fizyolojisi; üreme sistemi fizyolojisi; doğum sonu dönem ve laktasyon fizyolojisi; yenidoğan fizyolojisini içermektedir.
Objectives of the Course
The student should have knowledge and skills on physiology, learn the normal functioning mechanisms of the cell, tissue, organ and system of the human body and associate them with midwifery practices.

3 Circulatory System Physiology (Regulation of Heart Cycle and Work, Arterial Blood Pressure, Heart Sounds)
4 Sensory Physiology (Sensory Receptors, Pain Physiology, Temperature Regulation Mechanisms)
5 Respiratory System Physiology (Aeration-blood circulation relationship, O2 and CO2 transport in the blood, control of respiration)
