Course Content
Yönetim ilke ve kuramları, kurumlarla ilgili yönetmelikler, kurumlarda bulunan personelin özellikleri ve sorumlulukları, kurumlarda bütçe ve kaynak kullanımı ile ilgili konulara yer verilecektir.
Objectives of the Course
Management principles and theories, regulations related to institutions, qualifications and responsibilities of personnel in institutions, budget and resource utilization in institutions. The aim of this course is to gain the necessary leadership and team management skills in order to achieve personal and corporate goals in business life, to use the most advanced management strategies and to understand the essence of leadership.
