Conceptual framework related to crisis management, Causes of crisis and types of crisis, Crisis systems, characteristics of crisis, crisis process and level of preparedness for crisis, Pre-crisis organizational change and creating staff for crisis, Activities to be done during crisis and determination of the dimensions of the crisis, Activities to be done during crisis and determination of the dimensions of the crisis, Crisis communication policy and decision making under crisis conditions, Scenarios and strategic management process in crisis management, Leadership in crisis management, Post-crisis situation analysis and return to pre-crisis management structure, Crisis management examples, Case Analysis.
