Course Content
This course covers production systems, demand forecasting, capacity planning, material requirements planning (MRP), inventory control, scheduling, lean production, ERP, and production planning applications in the defense industry.
Objectives of the Course
To provide students with fundamental knowledge and practical skills in planning, scheduling, and controlling production activities. The course aims to enable effective use of production resources, improve efficiency, and ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing in defense and industrial applications.
