Course Content
During the internship, students observe the e-commerce and marketing activities of the host organization and actively participate in these processes. They gain practical experience in e-commerce platform management, digital marketing, product and order management, customer relationship management, and sales activities. At the end of the internship, students prepare and submit a report documenting their work for evaluation.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to apply the theoretical and practical knowledge they have acquired throughout their education in a real business environment and gain professional experience in the field of e-commerce and marketing. During the internship, students develop their knowledge and skills in e-commerce applications, digital marketing, customer relationship management, and sales processes while enhancing their professional discipline, teamwork, and sense of professional responsibility.
