Course Content
he subject, field and concepts of sociology of religion will be examined in detail. At the end of this process, the topics covered by the sociology of religion, such as religion society, religion and social change, religion and social integration, religion-community and society relationship, subjective religion, objective religion, will be easily analyzed and interpreted.
Objectives of the Course
This course aims to inform students about religion, society, societal function of religion, interaction between religion and society, piety, religious attitude, religious behavior, and relationship between religion and other social institutions.
