Course Content
Characteristics of legal rules and their distinction from other social order rules; contemporary legal systems, the compilation movement in law and the compilation of Turkish Law; sanctions and their types, public law, private law, mixed law branches and their subdivisions; Turkish positive law and its problems, application of law from various aspects; concepts of right, entitlement and capacity; It consists of certain issues such as responsibility and implementation of responsibility.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to introduce the basic concepts and institutions of law to the students and to enable them to acquire knowledge about the contents of the concepts they meet in various places of education, On the other hand, the aim is to prepare a meaningful sub-structure of the courses of law which they will receive in the following periods.
