Course Content
Hukukun temel kavramlarına değinildikten sonra, hukukta normlar sistemi, sosyal gelişmeler içerisinde hukukun yeri ve önemi, Batı hukukunun temelleri ve tarihi ile kültürel değerlerimiz bağlamında hukuk sisteminin incelenmesi
Objectives of the Course
To transfer the social foundations of law to students; to establish connections between our beliefs, morals and values ??and our legal system, and to enable students to make cultural comparisons between Western law and our legal history.
