Course Content
Characteristics of legal rules and their distinction from other social order rules; contemporary legal systems, compilation movement in law and compilation of Turkish Law; sanction and its types, public law, private law, mixed law branches and sub-divisions; Turkish positive law and its problems, application of law from various aspects; the concepts of right, entitlement and competence; It consists of certain issues such as responsibility and the operation of responsibility.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to introduce students to the basic concepts and institutions of law and to provide them with information about the content of legal concepts that they will encounter in various parts of their professional lives, both in current life and in the field. On the other hand, it also aims to prepare the infrastructure of the social work legislation course that they will take in the future.
