Course Content
In the course, the concept of volunteering is examined in various dimensions. Volunteering of students in a humanitarian service organization (central or local government organizations, non-governmental organizations, representatives of international organizations in Turkey, etc.) of their choice and approved by the department, observing the work carried out in the human service organization they are in and contributing when necessary, reporting is expected.
Objectives of the Course
It is aimed that social work students will get to know themselves, gain knowledge and practice experience and develop their skills, and gain experience of volunteering under a super vision during this work process, which will be carried out with the identity of a volunteer.
