Course Content
The content of the course includes topics such as organization and management concepts and theories, basic characteristics and types of social work organizations, management principles and dimensions, organizational conflict and organizational change, adaptation of contemporary management approach to social work, social worker as a manager.
Objectives of the Course
This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the functioning of social work organizations and what is required for effective social work management. Students are expected to understand the management issues in the field of social work properly.
