Course Content
History of social policy, the relationship between social policy and social welfare, social policy development, social policy analysis, impact assessment, the importance of social policy for social work practice, the role and function of social workers in social policies, Planning: types and approaches of planning, Turkey planning studies.
Objectives of the Course
In this course, it is aimed to discuss the birth of social policy, the subject, objectives, tools of social policy discipline, the historical background of the relationship between social work and social policy, the relationship between social work and social policy, planning in social work and social policy practices in various problem areas.
