Halkla ilişkiler bilim dalının doğuşu; halkla ilişkiler teorileri, halkla ilişkiler stratejileri, kurum içi iletişim, kurum imajı ve kurum kimliği, sunulan hizmet ve ürünlerin iç ve dış hedef kitleye ve kamuoyuna tanıtımı; kamuoyu nezdinde sempati oluşturma ve bunu sürekli kılma; verilen hizmetin paydaşları ile iletişime geçme, işbirliği yapma veya ortak tavır belirleme.
Objectives of the Course
The main aim of the course is to provide easy interaction by teaching public relations and communication techniques by using scientific approaches in relations with the interlocutors and to develop the skills of using voice, word and body language in communication.
