Course Content
Introduction to project management; project selection; project organization; project planning; project budgeting and cost estimates; project programming; techniques used in project management; allocation of resources; evaluating and finalizing the project; monitoring and controlling the project.
Objectives of the Course
To train social workers who will be able to schedule the available resources in the most efficient way and control project activities in order to achieve performance, cost and time targets.
