Objectives of the Course
It is to ensure that the student learns and adopts healthy communication types, has knowledge about approaches to prevent communication conflicts, analyzes the causes of conflict (personal and cultural) in a healthy way and makes an effort to apply the mediation method, which is an effective conflict method.

1 Informing about the general framework of the course and the method of teaching the course. What is mediation?
2 What is the mediating mechanism? What is its function in the past? What is communication? What are the main features?
3 Basic communication types and features a. Language communication: spoken language, written language b. Nonverbal: with gestures, with facial expressions (= body language), with symbols
4 Communication models: One-way communication (Linear Model), Two-way communication (Interactional Model), Interaction (TA= Transactional Model)
5 What are communication conflicts? What are the types? Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, Intraorganizational, Interorganizational, Intercommunal
6 Analysis of communication conflicts: Graph analysis

8 Analysis of communication conflicts: Transactional analysis
9 Analysis of communication conflicts: RET analysis (Rational-Emotive Therapy=Rational-Emotional Therapy)
