Course Content
Ekip çalışmasına ilişkin yaklaşımlar; ekibin oluşturulması, ekip üyelerinde bulunması gereken nitelikler; ekip çalışmasının zorlukları; ekipte liderlik ve çatışmalar; sosyal hizmet uygulamalarında ekip çalışması örnekleri.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach the processes, principles and rules of teamwork to students and to bring them to a level where they can work as a team in the fields they will work in.
