İdeolojiler ve devletin değişen rol ve işlevleri Devlet, örgüt/kurum, müracaatçı/hizmetten yararlanan üçgeninde sosyal hizmet: Riskler, olanaklar Değişen devlet, sosyal hizmette yönetim ve yönetişim İnsani hizmet örgütleri: Kapsam ve temel özellikler İnsani hizmet örgütlerinde karar alma: Liderlik, katılım Süpervizyon Tarihsel bir çerçevede Türkiye'de kamu yönetimi sistemini değişimi Türkiye örneğinde sosyal sorunlar ve sosyal hizmetin rolü
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to explore the relationship between social work profession and social policy and public management disciplines from a historical perspective, and to discuss welfare state regimes in connection with the mission and roles of social work profession. In this course, neo-liberal policies and their effects on public management and social policies towards disadvantaged communities will be discussed by examples of policy analysis case examples from Turkey.
