Course Content
In this course, we will share information and practical examples on understanding human behavior following traumatic events, identity and self-change, the place of responses to traumatic events in the life cycle, the psychosocial effects of post-traumatic stress disorder, and post-traumatic growth processes, crisis intervention process, psychological first aid, and secondary trauma.
Objectives of the Course
This course aims to provide a comprehensive perspective on social work practices with psychosocial support content that assists individuals in coping with psychosocial problems following a traumatic event and maintaining their social functionality.
