Course Content
Prevention of major industrial accidents; risk assessment in facilities containing hazardous substances; safety measures in upper and lower level organizations; identification of major accident hazards; preparation of major accident scenario documents; potential effects on humans and the environment.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach students the prevention of major industrial accidents and risk assessment methods, and to provide understanding of safety management in facilities handling hazardous substances.
