Course Content
Organizational and structural measures for fire management; flammability classes and ratings of chemicals; equipment usage according to fire types; portable and fixed fire suppression systems; fire suppression systems for chemicals; fire prevention policies and storage conditions for flammable chemicals.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to introduce students to fire management and fire prevention systems, and to provide skills in equipment selection and implementation of fire safety measures.
