Course Content
Occupational safety regulations; safety issues and control methods in the logistics industry; manual handling; forklift, crane, and lifting operations; conveyors; transport with automated guided vehicles; cargo security; safety in road, maritime, and railway transport; user interface tools; role of logistics information systems in safety.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach students safety practices in industrial work environments and to provide skills in assessing and preventing risks in logistics and production processes.
