Course Content
Concept and classification of risk; qualitative methods (checklists, HAZOP, FMEA, etc.); quantitative methods (FTA, ETA, Monte Carlo simulation, Bayesian networks, etc.); applications in various sectors; risk prioritization, management, and reporting.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to provide PhD students with comprehensive knowledge of qualitative and quantitative risk assessment techniques, enable them to compare different methods, and develop skills to apply these techniques in real-world scenarios.
