Course Content
Within the scope of this course; the subject, content, nature, scope and limits of the protection granted to the owners of copyright and industrial (trademark, geographical indication, patent, utility model and design) rights, which constitute the subject of intellectual property law, are explained; actions and behaviors that violate these rights are determined; the provisions and consequences of such violations are revealed. Within the scope of the course, the reflections of the developing technology and the digitalizing world in the field of intellectual property law are also discussed.
Objectives of the Course
In the intellectual property law course, it is intended to give students comprehensive information on this issue and to provide knowledge and awareness of the importance of intellectual property rights.
