Course Content
The course includes the student's project development within the scope of information design and supporting it with theoretical background.
Objectives of the Course
To learn the history and application environments and processes of information design to comprehend the power, importance and interdisciplinary structure of information design in social life and the connection between these disciplines from which it benefits from its methods. It is aimed to learn the design elements that will form the infrastructure and flexible design principles that vary according to their interdisciplinary structure.

2 Icons, Symbols, Pictograms, and examination of today's information graphics with examples. Explanation of projects
3 Developing projects related to pictograms and evaluating design ideas and drawings critically

6 Explanation of maps, traffic signs and visual guidance systems in public spaces with examples.
7 Evaluation of project and design ideas and drawings related to guidance systems.
