Course Content
During the semester, the course includes projects in which students will learn the principles and theories of current mobile devices and learn the methods of a successful production of interface graphics and visualizations of web pages and mobile applications for related devices.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to convey the theoretical and applied knowledge of the interface design of web pages and applications for web and mobile environments.

Week Topics
1 Introducing the course; giving information about the aim, process, expectations and evaluation.
2 Introduction to user interface design.
3 Information about interface object design tools with Photoshop.
4 Examination and evaluation of responsive user interfaces.
5 Information about the concept, application and features of mobile interface design. Project1: Sketch studies for personal web page design application.
6 Transferring personal web page design sketches to the project application to Adobe Photoshop programme.
7 Web site outlines, information about the principles and theories. Examination of the design in Adobe Photoshop programme in project application and giving criticism.
8 Midterm exam.
9 Introduction to HTML/Dreamweaver. Transferring the design prepared in Adobe Photoshop programme to Adobe Muse programme in order to create a web interface.
10 Titles and design examples used in web interface designs of corporate brands.Examining the design in Adobe Muse programme in project application, giving criticism and finalising the project.
11 Project:Designing corporate web interface design sketches by transferring them to Adobe Photoshop programme. Project 2: Sketch studies for corporate web interface design application.
12 Transferring personal web page design sketches to the project application to Adobe Photoshop programme.
13 Project: Transferring corporate web interface designs from Adobe Photoshop to adobe muse.
14 Completion of corporate web interface designs by editing buttons and page flows in Adobe Muse programme ready for the final exam.
