Course Content
This course covers what is user experience (UX) and interface design (UI), basic principles of user-centred design, user research and understanding user needs, information architecture and user interface prototyping, UI design principles for effective user experience design, user testing and evaluation of feedback.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach students the fundamentals of user-centred design and to emphasise the importance of user experience and interface design. Students are expected to learn how to meet the needs and expectations of users by conducting user research, applying usability principles in the design process, and creating aesthetically appealing user interfaces.
