Course Content
In this course, which is a continuation of the design studio III course, a social responsibility issue will be selected and awareness will be raised in society on this issue. In addition, the course will be reinforced with additional projects.
Objectives of the Course
It is aimed to produce visual solutions for this social responsibility project by considering the graphic design needs for the promotion of a social responsibility project.

1 Introduction of the course, giving the briefs of the projects they will do during the semester and explaining these project briefs with international and national examples. Project I: Presentation of a social responsibility project continued Preparation of interface designs (in line with the concept of the project done in Graphic Design III course) for social responsibility project from social media channels such as facebook, instagram etc.
2 Project I: Presentation of a social responsibility project. Continuation Examination of interface designs from social media channels such as facebook, instagram, etc. for the social responsibility project and giving feedbacks.Requesting three series of social media post sketches in line with the concept.
3 Presentation of a social responsibility project. Continuation Examination of interface designs of social media channels such as facebook, instagram etc. for social responsibility project and giving feedbacks and finalisation.Analysing the design sketches of social media posts and giving feedbacks. Project II. Digital catalogue design for the promotion of a design movement Giving information about digital catalogue design. Giving a 16-page brief for the design of a digital catalogue describing an art movement and showing national and international examples. Asking for the research of the digital catalogue to be designed.
4 The promotion of a social responsibility project. Selecting a social media post design and applying it to social media channels. Project II: Designing a digital catalogue for the promotion of a design trend Research for the digital catalogue and examination of the information collected in this direction, extracting the titles of the information to be included in it. Requesting design sketches for the digital catalogue to be designed.
5 Promotion of a social responsibility project Selecting a social media post design and applying it to social media channels. Project II: Digital catalogue design for the promotion of a design trend Checking the design sketches for the digital catalogue to be designed and giving feedbacks. Continue with sketches.
