Course Content
This course handles the history of civilization through a global perspective and an interdisciplinary approach.
Objectives of the Course
The primary objective of this course is to enable students to comprehend human history not merely as a chronological sequence of events, but as a dynamic process driven by cause-and-effect relationships. The course aims to analyze the evolution of societies from hunter-gatherer communities to agrarian civilizations, from empires to nation-states, and ultimately to the digital society, starting from the origins of the concept of "civilization."
