Course Content
This is part of the lesson; the topic, content, nature, scope and limits of the protection afforded to copyright and industrial (brand, geographical mark, patent, useful model and design) holders that constitute the subject of intellectual property law are described; actions and behaviors that violate these rights are being determined; the terms and consequences of these violations are laid out. The lesson also discusses the repercussions of emerging technology and the digitizing world in the field of intellectual property law.
Objectives of the Course
In the intellectual property law course, it is intended to give students comprehensive information on this issue and to provide knowledge and awareness of the importance of intellectual property rights.
