During the course, how a professional or amateur athlete should be fed and how to take supplements is emphasized. It also contains information about exercise types and practices.
Objectives of the Course
The course mainly focuses on ve muscle physiology, health of sportsman and various supplements and effects used in sports. Classification and definition of ergogenic supplements and prohibited substances are the main topics of this course.
