Course Content
Basic concepts of communication science, communication channels, factors affecting communication, types of verbal and non-verbal communication, communication barriers and conflicts, you language and I language in communication.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to recognize the basic concepts and communication styles of communication science and to improve their communication skills.
