Course Content
o be able to have the principles of construction a text and usi it in practice To be able to create emphasis on page To be able to show on workshop an emphasis on readability and legibility To be able to construct creative and different page layout for a good design To be able to choose the best typeface to design and transfer the message in an effective way To be able to solve the problem given, in the best way and finalized the job. To be able to use the knowledge gained with professional and artistic fields and maintain life-long learning
Objectives of the Course
Firstly students are aimed to learn basic elements of construction to text. Students are focused on paragaph and page layout systems for generate a text. To teach page layout, negative-pozitive space, visual-text relation etc.

| 4 | Reconstruction of a given magazine page. Finalization of the selected work. |

| 6 | Re-editing the first 30 pages of a book / Re-editing a poetry book. The selection of fonts and the use of fonts suitable for the design are discussed with examples and a project is given to reinforce it. |
