Course Content
Knowing the definition and scope of graphic design, students will be able to apply correct framing on visuals to control meaning, know Gestald principles, use symbols and symbolic expression correctly, and manage the relationship between form and framing changes and meaning in visualization.
Objectives of the Course
This course is planned as the introduction to graphic design and aimed to give specific knowledge about visual communication and its basic concepts. Class analyses will be focus on images created by students, in terms of visual meaning.
