Throughout the course, it is emphasized how a professional or amateur athlete should be fed and what supplements should be taken. It also includes information about exercise types and practices.
Objectives of the Course
The course mainly covers ""muscle physiology"", ""athlete health"" and various supplements used in sports and their effects.
