Patient and Healthcare Professional Rights, Legal Compliance and Informed Consent in Medical Practice, Medical Intervention and Compliance with Law, Laws, Ethical Approach, Process Leading to Medical Practice Errors, Malpractice and Criminal Law and Evaluation in Terms of Compensation Liability, Medical Practice Errors and Expertise, Medical malpractice claims and media, Medical malpractice and the Insurance System, Case Studies.
Objectives of the Course
In addition to basic terms and information about health and health law, it is aimed to provide students with basic knowledge of health law.
