Course Content
Definition of crisis, its characteristics, sources and types of crisis, internal and external factors, methods to avoid crisis, stress management and control, individual stress management techniques, organizational stress management techniques.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to provide the student with the competencies to distinguish the positive and negative sides of the concepts of crisis and stress management, to put forward strategies to solve the crisis, to use techniques to combat stress, and to easily find ways to cope with stress in law firm management.
