Sağlık Hizmetleri ve Sağlık Hukuku, Hasta Hakları ve Sorumlulukları, Sağlık Mensubunun Hakları, Sağlık Mensubunun Sorumlulukları, Sağlık Kurum ve Kuruluşlarının Yükümlülükleri, Tıbbi Müdahalenin Hukuka Uygunluk Şartları, Sağlık İle İlgili Yasalar, Sağlık Teşkilatı, İş Sağlığı ve İş Güvenliği, Hekim Hasta Arasındaki Hukuki İlişki, Tedavi Sözleşmesinden Doğan Borçlar, Bazı Tıbbi Müdahaleler ve Malpraktis, Etik yaklaşım
Objectives of the Course
It is aimed that the student will be familiar with basic concepts in health law, patient and healthcare worker rights, criminal, legal and professional responsibilities, informed consent, processes leading to medical malpractice, certification and insurance systems.
