Course Content
The Innovation Management course will be conducted in the form of lectures, guest lectures and weekly evaluations of a semester project that involves students' active use of social media. Within the scope of the course, students are responsible for researching, discussing, evaluating and evaluating current examples of innovative value every week and making suggestions using their own creativity. In addition, at the end of the semester, they are expected to make a presentation on the "business idea"they have developed for the business plan they are obliged to prepare within the scope of the "Entrepreneurship Journey 2"course. Active participation of students in projects and class discussions is of great importance.
Objectives of the Course
This course is designed for students who want to learn how to use the creativity and innovation they need more and more businesses that want to achieve competitive advantage. The aim of the course is to increase the students' awareness about innovation and to make them aware of how to transform creative thinking into innovation. Within the scope of the course, students are expected to understand the subject of creativity and innovation, to evaluate the types of innovation and their contributions to the institution, and to investigate and discuss the most recent examples of innovation by utilizing social media. The main output of the course will be to develop innovative and innovative aspects of students as a result of innovative ideas and creative thinking techniques they will acquire during the semester. In accordance with the Spiral Learning Approach, students are required to make researches about the gereken business idea için required for the business plan that they will prepare within the scope of the ve Entrepreneurship Journey 2 research course.
