Course Content
Basic concepts of children's rights and law, historical perspective on children's rights and law, Convention on the Rights of the Child, the place of the child in the law and legal regulations, the life, development, participation and cultural rights of children, exploited and neglected, victims of crime, immigrant / refugee and war victims the rights of children with different characteristics, special protection and measures, and the protection of children's rights of family, state and other institutions and organizations.
Objectives of the Course
The concepts of child rights and law, the place of the child in law, the life, development, participation and cultural rights of children, the rights of the children with different characteristics, the duties of the family, institutions and organizations in order to protect the rights of the children, to provide information about the laws that protect children.
