Course Content
Benefits of family planning, Physiology and anatomy of male and female reproductive organs, consulting in family planning , evaluation of person and couple, prevention of infection, intrauterine device, hormonal contraceptive methods, barrier methods, natural family planning methods, voluntary surgical sterilization, contraception after birth and abortus, emergency contraception, contraception in special cases, infertility, recording system of family planning are the topics that are covered.
Objectives of the Course
At the end of this course, students will learn the basic principles and methods about family planning, and will gain theoretical knowledge in order to improve child and maternal health.
