1 Spelling and punctuation
2 Types of written expression: Article. General information about Makele. Explaining how to prepare and write an article. Reading various article samples. Preparation of an article on ""Development of language awareness, language pollution and Atatürk's Understanding of Language"".
3 Types of written expression: Essay, criticism, anecdote and interview. Characteristics of these species and examination of sample pieces.
4 Event writings: Story. Story examples from Turkish literature
5 Event writings: Novel. Definition, subject, elements and types of novel. Novel examples from Turkish and world literature.
6 Emotional writings: Poetry. Reading examples of poems of some well-known poets in Turkish literature and gaining the pleasure of reading and listening to poetry.
7 Types of written expressions about daily life: Travel, memoirs and diary. Reading and examining sample pieces about these genres.
8 Letter is one of the types of written expression. The relevance of the letter to daily life. How to do this type of correspondence via e-mail. Reading sample letters from Turkish literature
9 Types of oral expression: Conference, symposium, congress and interview. Youth problems, the importance of love and tolerance, etc. Preparation of a lecture sample on topics.
10 Discussion-based expression types: Panel, forum, open session. Holding a panel discussion on topics such as modernization and secularism, democracy and republic, etc.
11 Scientific research methods. Selection and limitation of the topic. Preparing a sample plan and conducting a resource scan accordingly.
12 Transcribing research results. Citing sources and writing footnotes.
13 Introducing periodicals, books and encyclopedias about language and culture
14 Taking advantage of libraries. The function and importance of libraries in social life. Accessing information electronically.
