Features of family businesses, management and growth related problems, decision-making mechanisms, family-business relations.
Objectives of the Course
By examining the characteristics of family businesses, which were established with a lot of effort, to convey an institutionalization that will ensure their longevity, based on their own traditions and core cultures but also including universal business rules, is also to provide students with an academic and practical perspective to understand the problems specific to family businesses.
